ExpenseFlow is a full-stack personal finance and expense management web app. Users can track spending by category, set smart budgets with over-budget alerts, automate recurring transactions, view interactive income vs. expense reports, and export data as CSV. Supports multiple currencies including LKR, USD, EUR and more. The challenge - Building a personal finance app that is genuinely useful, visually clean, and works well for users across different currencies and financial habits. Our solution - Developed a responsive React frontend with a Node.js/MongoDB backend, featuring category-based expense tracking, budget alerts, recurring payment automation, and multi-currency support with interactive chart-based reports.
